"A la française" is a mix typical concept offering French gourmet products in the heart of Hackney district of east London.

 

"A la française" is a market located on a 700m2 surface, giving you a unique experience and plural articulated around five world dedicated to French gastronomy. Several atmospheres are conceptualized to invite you to experience a totally unique experience around a "French touch" theme.

Our concept disclaims experience into the sets specially selected by us and advice of Thomas ROUSSEAU, our environmental designer.

 

"A la française" proposes the opening of an alternative space on two floors:

 

- On the ground floor, a restaurant that can accommodate up to 90 people (100 m2) sitting on booking the evening, the counter "Take away" specially designed for the delivery and take-away lunch, a food hall commercializing French regional products of quality of 350 m2 including a deli, a bakery, a delicatessen, cheese but also to represent the ephemeral boutique flagship regional products (50 m2).

 

- At the 1st floor, lounge wine bar (150 m2) offers a discovery of French wines and spirits and giving access to a wine cellar of 100 m2. On this floor, two panoramic elevators lead directly to our customers premium club on a rooftop with an area of ​​250 m2.
